Faun Zarge is an expert resource on work-life issues, with a specialty in helping working women and working mothers. Since launching her company in 1997, Faun has worked with diverse clients across many industries and is often sought after by Fortune 500 companies for her highly interactive and practical programs. She is an incredibly dynamic speaker who is frequently rehired by organizations due to the tremendous impact she has on seminar participants and their organizations.

Prior to founding her company, Faun worked for Ceridian (formerly Work/Family Directions) advising and training employees nationwide on a broad range of work/life issues.

She has been quoted in The New York Times, contributed to the book, “The Five-Minute Mom’s Club,” and has been featured in numerous other media outlets. She is also the author of the popular e-newsletter, “Smart Solutions for Working Women.”

Faun holds a B.A. in Psychology, an M.A. in Counseling Psychology, and has been contributing to the work-life field for nearly 20 years.
